Refund policy

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your Brass & Barrel opener, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. To start a return: email info@thejuniperstore.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Items should be returned unused and in original packaging. Damaged or wrong items: send a photo to info@thejuniperstore.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund immediately. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
